How to Write Your Report

• Be welcoming.

• Help readers picture themselves at the convention. Your words should build excitement and lower barriers for newcomers.

• Share both highlights and challenges, but keep the tone constructive and balanced.

• Focus on the experience.

• Describe the vibe, the types of games being played, the community feel, and what stood out.

• Highlight what makes it unique.

• What kind of gamer would especially love this event?
